PROJECT MANAGER

GBC® is seeking an experienced, driven, self-motivated senior sales executive (Principal) to develop new business throughout the continental United States . Primary responsibility includes working with internal sales team to respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), BIDs, and Request for Quotations (RFQs). This individual will also be responsible to determine the viability and profitability of client programs based on client expectations and internal/external resources available to ensure expectations can be met.

· Organize account planning activities and define project challenges/objectives.
· Coordinate research and analysis in the process of developing marketing plans and creative strategies for projects, campaigns and all encompassing strategic marketing efforts.
· Works collaboratively with company personnel, client personnel and management, and with consumers when they are involved in the creative planning process.
· Brings an understanding of customer relationship management and relationship marketing concepts to the planning process.
· Identify client objectives and needs.
· Author and present strategic recommendations.
· Manage client relationship and expectations.
· Create space for innovation and creativity.
· Oversee and ensure quality delivery.
· Manage and motivate internal and client team.
· Scope and manage the project.
· Budget and report.
· Develop proposals.
· Ensure long-term client relationship.
· Build client’s potential and desire for transformation.
· Increase account size in revenue potential.
· Assess risks.

· Qualified candidate will possess Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration preferred).
· 3 + years project management experience / professional experience with a systems integrator or general consulting environment.
· Strong experience in the management of technical development projects and comfortable with Internet-related technologies.
· Working knowledge and experience with requirement gathering & definition, project planning, scope management, risk management, change management, management of cross-functional teams and consensus building.
· Must have strong communication skills and proven ability to drive and complete projects on time and within budget.

Person must be trustworthy, candid, courageous, self reliant, initiative and results oriented, accountable, aggressive and able to work in a fast moving environment.

The compensation package will be very attractive and negotiable for the right candidate, comprising of a competitive annual base salary.
