SYSTEMS INTEGRATION CONSULTANT

GBC® is seeking an Integration Consultant to join the GBC Professional Services Team. An Integration Consultant will work directly with our clients and is accountable for the successful design and implementation of customer projects. In addition to customer activities, GBC Integration Consultants have a broad responsibility that includes mentoring, project management and participation in cross-departmental initiatives. This position requires deep technical expertise, both architectural and implementation, as well as excellent client communication and leadership skills.  

· Work independently with strategic GBC customers to architect and deliver the appropriate solution. This includes, but is not limited to, evaluating a customer's optimum network performance criteria, application architecture, content management and publishing process, business intelligence system, security requirements, DNS configuration, and hosting environment. This also involves providing detailed documentation of solutions and recommendations.
· Scope and lead on-site integration engagements. Manage customer's technical implementation expectations. Coordinate appropriate GBC resources to drive successful integrations in complex environments. 
·  Leverage consulting and product experience by participating in pre-sales calls. Provide insight to GBC Technical Consultants on latest integration techniques.
· Interact with Engineering and Solutions Management Team to deliver customer feedback and customer / implementation requirements. Build processes and drive programs as GBC introduces new products/services to market.

· Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in technology consulting.
· High energy and self-motivated.
· Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
