We are seeking a dynamic e-Business Consultant to assist us in developing e-commerce solutions for our clients. You will provide end-to-end project leadership for the design of both internal and external products and services. You will work closely with engineering, merchandising, marketing, customer care, and fulfillment.  

· Product Research: On an ongoing basis, perform necessary research to best understand internal and external customer needs, as well as the competitive environment.
· Solution Definition: Drive product/service strategy, write business requirements documents, create feature specifications, and establish timelines. 
· Project Coordination: Coordinate with all relevant constituents in order to represent their perspectives during projects. Key constituents may include external customers, engineering, merchandising, marketing, customer care, and fulfillment.
· Execution: Continuously refine and iterate existing solutions in order to ensure industry leadership and profit maximization.

· 3+ years experience working with consumer oriented web sites (particularly e-commerce or other transactional sites) in a Program Management/ Executive Consultant role.
· Ability to translate high-level product ideas into detailed business requirements.
· Must demonstrate real product passion and desire to own projects and make them succeed.
· Strong technical aptitude and the desire to learn new technologies.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Demonstrate comfort working with technical and non-technical personnel.
· Self-starter, excellent listener and team player.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or technical field.
· Preferred: - MBA or MS degree.

The compensation package will be very attractive and negotiable for the right candidate, comprising of a competitive annual base salary + stock options.
