ASSOCIATE PARTNER – RISK MANAGEMENT SERVICES

This individual will be accountable for many facets of our international risk management including: directing overall international risk strategy (country specific authentications, limits, policies, & programs); management of international loss and recovery performance; assessment of ongoing business risks related to program policies, new services initiatives, & ongoing international expansion; and rapid identification of, and solutions to the latest trends in malfeasance. This candidate would also be responsible for working with all areas of the company on developing and launching new programs and strategies, working closely with the technical side of the company to help implement planned localization, and would be required to routinely communicate results to management team.

· Bachelor’s degree required.
· 3-5 years experience in risk management in the financial services arena, including some of that experience at a management level. 
· Substantial background and knowledge of international payment systems, credit card association rules, and country specific regulatory & compliance laws strongly desired.
· Strong analytical background.
· Experience with Excel, SAS, or other analytical tools preferred.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills that can be used to reach business solutions with managers.

The compensation package will be very attractive and negotiable for the right candidate, comprising of a competitive annual base salary + stock options.
