ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

GBC® is seeking an experienced, driven, self-motivated senior sales executive to develop new business throughout the continental United States . Primary responsibility includes working with internal sales team to respond to Request For Proposals (RFPs), BIDs, and Request for Quotations (RFQs).

· Top Performer: demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement (consistently meeting and exceeding quotas and objectives, track record of promotions) in sales management.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
· 7 + years sales experience with the last 3 + years in senior sales management positions focused on integrated systems sales.
· Strong analytical and strategic skills, ability to think “outside the box”.
· Enthusiastic, driven and confident; ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company’s mission, services and commitment to excellence.
· Demonstrated experience recruiting and developing high performing sales teams.
· Team attitude; highest level of integrity; hard driving and results-oriented.
· Interact closely with Principals, Project Executives, Project Managers and the sales support department.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: 
Person must be trustworthy, candid, courageous, self reliant, initiative and results oriented, accountable, aggressive and able to work in a fast moving environment.

The compensation package will be very attractive and negotiable for the right candidate, comprising of a competitive annual base salary + sales commission.
